Paid for express delivery, dispatched 12th, hasn't moved from Manchester, nothing they can do apparently as its day two today, apparently there is still hope even though tracking hasn't updated. Don't waste your money, have used quite a lot recently but won't be recommending.

Excellent knowledge and good advice as to the reasons why the recommendation in sizing was given and how the correct bra should fit the back and the breast itself.

I have operation scars, a stoma and major nerve damage in my back and right side so a complex range of things for Hannah to consider. She made me very comfortable that I wasn't at all worried about showing her how my current bra fitted thus having to discuss AND show the top half of my body. I was put completely at ease throughout. Things I've not felt at other high street shops.

Hannah provided an email with a variety of styles for both everyday and when you are perhaps wanting something a little sexier. There's no obligation to buy but if you do, you also have the option for a 2nd virtual meeting to discuss the correct fitting with strap adjustment etc which is an incredible service. Returns, if necessary are free too so there's no risk but everything possibly to gain.

I will be telling all my friends about this company and Hannah as we are all in need of good advice when it comes to our bras when so many of us are choosing the wrong ones for ourselves!!!

Did a virtual fitting with Hannah and she was a total champion: she was extremely kind, she listened to my concerns and she had very exhaustive answers to all my questions. She was very well prepared and extremely professional, but she was also able to make things relatable to me and make great observations and polite suggestions. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone, as it was so much clearer than all the size guides I read.

Returned a dress & Pour-Moi are saying they have no knowledge of the return.
I did it in my account online. I remember doing it.
After discussing it with customer service I've also been mysteriously locked out my account. I've tried password re-set & I'm not getting the email to able me to get back in - which speaks volumes. Clearly there's an issue with my account and they owe me £30 for a dress I have returned. Been scammed.

Ordered a bikini and the sizing was great, but the bra was underwired and the wire has come out after only wearing the bra once. Really disappointed with the quality as the bikini wasn't cheap.

My go to place for underwear. Great quality and very comfortable. The prices are great too!!
Had to send a few things back but the returns process is very easy and are quick to refund.

Ordered two bikinis 34dd and they did not touch me in sizing. I have ordered bikinis from this company before and they fitted perfectly. I am still wearing the bikinis so I don't know what's happened with the sizing ??
